Company History

I have an Associates Degree in Business Administration and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. I have sixteen years experience in real estate in New York, and New Jersey. I worked with the top real estate companies such as Bellmarc Realty, Douglas Elliman, and Corcoran. My experience was in listings, rentals, and sales but most of my experience came from eleven years of property management. As a Regional Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of properties from commercial, residential, and low-income HUD properties throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania I gained the knowledge and experience that Real Estate alone could not teach me. I specialized in state and federal regulations pertaining to 504 Disability Act, Equal Housing Opportunity, and mainly in HUD audit and property inspections, REAC inspections, DCA inspections, Tax Credit audits and inspections, and local state and financial lender property inspections. I also dealt with contractors, remodeling, and reconstruction of several properties.

After arriving to Georgia, I saw the need of a good cleaning company after renting an apartment in Dunwoody for 18 months and purchasing our 6 bedroom 4 baths, 3800sqft. home in Cumming. As part of my position, it was my responsibility to walk the property daily, inspect units every six months, and interact throughout the day with my maintenance men, superintendent’s, grounds keeper, and site managers, to keep our property at the state and federal requirements in addition to, making sure the residents maintain their units clean according to HUD guidelines and management standards. Turn over units must be what we called “safe and sanitary” prior to re-renting according to HUD’s 4350 guidelines or as some may know it in the RE industry as “broom clean.” It was my years of experience and attention to detail in renting the apartment and purchasing my new home that made me realize that not everyone cleaned to my expectations or at least not what I know to be considered the state and federal requirements of cleaning a unit or home. This immediately prompted me to start Impeccable Cleaning.

In October 2012, Impeccable Cleaning was in business. Although we are a fairly new company in the Atlanta area, it is my previous experience, thorough knowledge, and professionalism that I acquired in the real estate industry that has permitted Impeccable Cleaning to grow at such a fast pace. We currently have a roster of celebrity clients that have entrusted us to service their luxurious and lavish homes. We have not only established business relationships with our clients but also a trustworthiness and mutual respect for one another that no other cleaning service can provide. Our reviews have been phenomenal and I take pride in saying that we have never had a negative review so far.

Scope of Work

Office Area Cleaning

· Emptying all wastebaskets, trash containers, and recycling bins (if applicable). The refuse will be disposed of in a suitable place on the premises.

· Thorough dusting of telephones, chairs, file cabinets, office equipment and furniture as needed to maintain a sanitary and clean appearance.

· Fingerprints and smudges will be removed from any/all glass, desktops, doors, etc.

· Counter and tabletops are to be damp wiped, sinks and the exterior of appliances are to be cleaned in lunchroom areas.

· Vending machine areas will be kept clean and swept and mopped.

· Vacuum cleaning of all carpeted areas. Floors will be swept and mopped.

· Fingerprints will be wiped from all light switch plates, glass doors, etc. as needed.

Restroom Area

· All commodes, urinals, wash bins, and toilets will be cleaned and sanitized.

· Waste paper bins, and sanitary napkin containers will be emptied and liners replaced.

· Wipe light switch covers, mirrors, and partitions.

· Floors will be swept and mopped.

· Refill paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap. (Not included in pricing)

Public Area

· Fingerprints will be wiped from all light switch plates, glass doors, etc. as needed.

· Corridors will be swept, mopped, and vacuumed.

· Clean, disinfect, and polish water fountains.

· Emptying all wastebaskets, trash containers, and recycling bins (if applicable). The refuse will be disposed of in a suitable place on the premises.

Kitchen Area

· Clean and sanitize microwave

· Clean exterior of cabinets and countertops

· Clean and sanitize sink

· Wipe exterior of refrigerator (interior will be at additional charge of $50 each)

Impeccable Cleaning will include labor, cleaning materials, and equipment with this package agreement. The scope of work listed can be modified to suit the client’s needs prior to signing the proposal. No changes can be made after proposal has been signed unless an amendment is signed between both parties.
